Dance
Combining Feldenkrais, Pilates and Ideokinesis I help dancers enhance their body awareness and improve their technique and conditioning so they can perform with ease and elegance.
Anxiety
By shepherding the nervous system out of its over-excited state and teaching specialised breath, movement and touch practices I help you feel calm and grounded again.
Pain
Combining the latest pain education with the gentle integrative approach of Feldenkrais I shepherd you out of your pain and teach you how to be pain-free and relaxed again.
Injury
With guided movement I ease your body out of dysfunctional tension patterns, awaken your sensory-motor cortex to imbed new neuromuscular habits and explain the biomechanics.
Children
Feldenkrais is ingenious for babies and children with poor co-ordination, learning difficulties or anxiety because it meets them where their interest lies; movement, touch and play.
Neurological Conditions
Harnessing the adaptability of the nervous system I use primitive reflexes, developmental movements and neurological novelty to improve cerebral palsy, MS, Parkinson’s and Stroke conditions.
Balance
By working with the vestibular, proprioceptive, visual and muscular-skeletal systems I help restore your full balance functions so you can put on your shoes and climb those stairs with ease.
Posture
Posture is a dynamic sensory-motor experience that's affected by sensory amnesia, habit and weakness. Address the neurological and neuromuscular to find comfort and poise again.
Conditioning
With the gentle precision of Feldenkrais and the dynamics of Pilates returning to fitness and discovering new strengths is made easy with personally graduated programs.
Voice
Teaching singers and presenters to calm the voice via enhanced vagal tone, I layer vocal awareness with breath, posture and grounding practices to enhance vocal ease, quality and range.
